All Jobalots Marketplace Sellers must maintain the same level of service as is provided by Jobalots. As such, some rules must be followed.
- Order fulfilment must occur within 2 working days (this includes dispatch and providing adequate tracking information);
- Delivery must occur within the time frame specified on the website;
- Respond to queries within one working day;
- Total order cancellation rate is less than 2%;
- The total refund rate must be less than 2%;
- If a Seller fails to fulfil the order within 7 days, the order will be cancelled. This will result in:
- The buyer being refunded in full; and
- Jobalots retain all fees in full.
- Jobalots maintains a 4-star rating, each seller's feedback score must not drop below 3.8. Furthermore, if the first two reviews that a seller receives are poor, their account will immediately be suspended pending investigation.
If a Seller fails to adhere to these expected levels of service then, without limiting any other right or remedy Jobalots may have, Jobalots may terminate this Contract with immediate effect. This will result in Jobalots retaining all fees earned from the Order. Full Terms and Conditions can be found here.
