Jobalots B2B Seller Agreement

All Jobalots Marketplace Sellers must maintain the same level of service as is provided by Jobalots. As such, some rules must be followed. If a Seller fails to adhere to these expected levels of service then, without limiting any other right or remed

<p><span style="font-size: 16px;">All Jobalots Marketplace Sellers must maintain the same level of service as is provided by Jobalots. As such, some rules must be followed.&#xA0;</span></p><ul><li style="font-size: 16px;">Order fulfilment must occur within 2 working days (this includes dispatch and providing adequate tracking information);</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Delivery must occur within the time frame specified on the <a href="https://jobalots.com/policies/shipping-policy">website</a>;</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Respond to queries within one working day;</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Total order cancellation rate is less than 2%;</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">The total refund rate must be less than 2%;</li><li id="isPasted" style="font-size: 16px;">If a Seller fails to fulfil the order within 7 days, the order will be cancelled. This will result in:<ol style="list-style-type: undefined; font-size: initial;"><li style="font-size: 16px;">The buyer being refunded in full; and</li><li style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">Jobalots retain all fees in full.</span></li></ol></li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Jobalots maintains a <a href="https://www.reviews.co.uk/company-reviews/store/jobalots.com-1gJ4Xrr">4-star rating</a>, each seller&apos;s feedback score must not drop below 3.8. Furthermore, if the first two reviews that a seller receives are poor, their account will immediately be suspended pending investigation.&#xA0;</li></ul><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">If a Seller fails to&#xA0;</span><span id="isPasted" style="font-size: 16px;">adhere to these expected levels of service t</span><span style="font-size: 16px;">hen, without limiting any other right or remedy Jobalots may have, Jobalots may term</span>inate this Contract with immediate effect.
