When do I get paid?Updated 2 months ago

Invoices are automatically generated twice a month at the beginning and in the middle of the month for all orders that have been delivered. We will then process these invoices and aim to pay your remittance (less your invoice to us and any refunds due) into your nominated bank account within 10 working days*. 

To ensure there are no delays, please make sure you've added the correct tracking information when you fulfill the order and have added your bank details to your Marketplace portal.
